These Terms of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern your pre-order and purchase of the ClawMetry hardware device ("Device") from Instalabs LLC ("we", "us", "Company"), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By completing checkout you agree to these Sale Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty, and Privacy Policy.
The Device is the ClawMetry "Founders Edition": a desk display that shows what your AI agents are doing at a glance — cost, activity, health — and lets you approve or deny requests on the screen. The firmware is open source and free to flash on any compatible ESP32 board; your purchase is for the assembled, cased unit only.
Founders units are estimated to ship within 1–4 weeks of your order. This is an estimate for a small-batch hardware run, not a guaranteed date. If the timeline changes materially, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your unit ships.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Tracking is emailed when your unit ships.
The Device is covered by our Limited Warranty. Nothing in these Sale Terms removes any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
The Device connects to your ClawMetry account and decrypts your data on-screen using a key held on the device. The firmware is provided under its open-source license. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).
These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
