Terms of Sale — ClawMetry Device Order

These Terms of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern your order and purchase of the ClawMetry hardware device ("Device") from Instalabs LLC ("we", "us", "Company"), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By completing checkout you agree to these Sale Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty, and Privacy Policy.

1. The product

The Device is the ClawMetry "Founders Edition": a desk display that shows what your AI agents are doing at a glance — cost, activity, health — and lets you approve or deny requests on the screen. The firmware comes pre-flashed and receives signed over-the-air updates; your purchase is for the assembled, cased unit.

2. Order and payment

• Your payment is collected at checkout to confirm a Founders unit.
• The price is $49 USD (regularly $149). Pricing shown at checkout is final for your order.
• Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No shipping fee is added at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST (if any) is shown at checkout or, where we do not collect it, may be charged by your carrier/customs on delivery (see the Shipping Policy).

3. Estimated shipping window

Founders units are estimated to ship within 1–4 weeks of your order. This is an estimate for a small-batch hardware run, not a guaranteed date. If the timeline changes materially, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your unit ships.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Before your unit ships: cancel any time for a full refund (including any shipping paid). Email hello@clawmetry.com or reply to your order confirmation.
• After your unit ships: the Refund & Returns Policy applies, including any statutory withdrawal rights for consumers (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day right described there).

5. Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Tracking is emailed when your unit ships.

6. Warranty

The Device is covered by our Limited Warranty. Nothing in these Sale Terms removes any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.

7. Acceptable use and firmware

The Device connects to your ClawMetry account and decrypts your data on-screen using a key held on the device. The firmware is proprietary and is licensed, not sold, for use with the Device. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

9. Governing law

These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
