This policy applies to purchases of the ClawMetry device from Instalabs LLC and works alongside the Terms of Sale and Warranty.
Because the device is sold as a pre-order, you can cancel and receive a full refund (including any shipping paid) at any time before your unit ships. Just email hello@clawmetry.com or reply to your order confirmation. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank sets the exact timing).
If you have received your device and changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided it is in resalable condition (undamaged, with all included parts). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Start a return by emailing hello@clawmetry.com for an address and instructions.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the device, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To withdraw, tell us within that period (email hello@clawmetry.com), then return the device within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the product price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned device (or proof of return). You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function.
If your device arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping. This is in addition to your Warranty and any non-waivable statutory rights (e.g. the EU/UK legal conformity guarantee).
