Limited Warranty

1. What is covered

Instalabs LLC warrants that the ClawMetry device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears in that period, we will, at our option, repair the device, replace it, or refund it.

2. What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or misuse.
• Normal wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect function.
• Damage from unauthorized repair or modification of the hardware (flashing alternative or custom firmware is fine and does not void this warranty, but hardware damage caused while doing so is not covered).
• Consumable wear and damage caused by using incorrect power supplies or accessories.

3. How to make a claim

Email hello@clawmetry.com with your order reference and a description (photos or a short video help). We will troubleshoot and, if it is a covered defect, arrange a repair or replacement. We may ask you to return the device; for valid claims we cover reasonable return shipping.

4. Your statutory rights

This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer protection law. In particular, consumers in the EU and UK are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the seller, free of charge, regardless of this warranty.

5. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
