Shipping Policy

Plain English summary: We ship worldwide. Shipping is free during launch week (a flat fee applies afterwards, shown at checkout). Founders units ship in 1–4 weeks and you get a tracking link by email. Import duties or VAT, if your country charges them, are paid by you on delivery.

1. Where we ship

We ship the ClawMetry device worldwide to the countries available at checkout. You enter your shipping address (and a phone number, which couriers require for international delivery and customs) during secure Stripe checkout.

The device is a small-batch Founders run. Units are estimated to ship within 1–4 weeks of your order. Once your unit ships you will receive an email with the carrier and a tracking link. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier.

4. Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes on delivery. These are set by your government, are not included in the price or shipping fee you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. If a shipment is refused and returned because import charges were not paid, we will refund the product price minus any shipping and return costs incurred.

5. Tracking

You will get an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a separate shipping email with tracking when your unit leaves our hands. You can also track your order from the link in your confirmation email.

6. Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, email hello@clawmetry.com and we will help trace it with the carrier and make it right.
